Jazz Doctors: A Classic Jazz band
Jazz Doctors 2008
The tunes below do not represent the band but are recordings of Ron Kraus playing trumpet with playback or over existing tunes. Although classic Jazz is a personal favorite, the music presented below combines various styles so that everyone may find something they like.

The Jazz Doctors was a group of jazz musicians who have played for various organizations for over 20 years, until 2014. The original group was formed by Fred McCormack, a retired Pharmacist on piano, with Dr. Linsy Farris, an Ophthalmologist on upright bass and Art Hartwick, an Orthodontist on drums. The original Freddie Mac's trio was reorganized in 2002 by Dr. Ron Kraus, a Psychologist on trumpet, and became the: Jazz Doctors. After Fred retired in 2006 the group added Spencer Morris on keyboards and Tad Schaefer, a hospital engineer on guitar. Musicians who played with the Jazz Doctors include Joe Selly (guitar), David Licht (drums), Adrian Moring (Bass) and Will Dougherty (keyboards). Other musicians that perform with the group include Dr. Steve Alexander (Piano) and Dr. David Levine (Drums, Vocals).
